DMZ2 is a dehumidifying dryer that supplies stable dry air of low dew point, -40°C. As it is unnecessary to replace the absorbent material, performance is being maintained like that of first usage.

Matsui – DMD4

DMD4

DMD4 is a dehumidifying dryer and a suction loader that supplies stable dew point dry air for optical moulding combined in a single unit. As it is unnecessary to replace the absorbent material, performance is being maintained like that of first usage.

1. Reliable

Uses a heat-resistance drying filter (0.3μm/99.97%) to clean the heated air just before it’s delivered into the hopper. Matsui’s original push gate prevents contamination that occurs due to friction of the gate.

2.Removes dust residue

Matsui’s original Aero Power Hopper conveys the material while at the same time removing any material dust, greatly reducing problems such as “black spots”.

3.Easy Maintenance

The need for maintenance of filter is greatly reduced as dust is removed in the cyclone separator. The manual butterfly valve allows maintenance to be carried out even during the drying process.

4.Safe

Heater control circuits are equipped with SSR (non-contact relay), which is safer and reduces the need for maintenance.

MJ3

MJ3 provides stable low dew point dry air of -40℃ and a suction loader on a single platform.
This floor top device puts its priority on easy maintenance. There is no need to replace the absorbent material for 20 years, performance is maintained throughout the life of the machine, its last operation is as good as it’s first usage.

MJ5-i Dehumidfying Dryer

” iplas ” is the name of a group of intelligent products developed by MATSUI with self-control functionality. Products equipped with ” iplas ” continuously monitor customer usage and automatically operate in the mode that offers maximum energy and resource efficiency. By controlling operation in response to the usage characteristics̶ for example, whether the system is being used at full capacity or minimum capacity, or temporary sustation of production ” iplas ” products are able to deliver significant energy and resource savings compared to their conventional counterparts. (Maximam energy saving compared to the standard products could be up to 75%)

Conventional equipment consumes the same amount of electricity, regardless of the size of the drying load. MJ5-i has achieved energy reduction by only using the most appropriate amount of electricity according to the actual size of the drying load.

Since MJ5-i has a low exhaust gas temperature, air conditioning load in your factory can be reduced, leading to further saving of electricity.
3. Shorter material replacement time!
By reducing the cleaning work required during material changeover, a shorter time required for replacement is possible.
4. No more filter maintenance!
Load on the filter has been reduced by the installation as standard of a cyclone dust removal system, greatly decreasing the frequency required for filter maintenance. Daily maintenance consists of simply disposing of the resin powder in the dust box. In addition the MJ5-i is designed so that the dust box can be removed and accessed from the front.
5. Easy operation, no “Operations Manual” required
Operation information required, such as confirmation of individual settings and operation conditions, trouble- shooting, etc, can be identified and understood right by the controller panel. The touch panel itself is also easy to use.
