fpd Dust removerSince this equipment gives air vibration wave to pellets (regrind material), powder which sticks and mixes with pellet is separated efficiently from pellet. It collects powder only. A dust box collects the separated powder at a fixed interval. Since it supplies clean pellet without powder mixture, molding product with little contamination is made possible.

● It gives vacuum air vibration wave of 10~20Hz frequency to pellets (regrind material) which is made to flow and separates powder which mixes with material.
● Only separated powder is picked up and collected by a dust box.
● Since it performs dust collection, it is possible to supply fine pellet without powder mixture.

SFD-HT Pressure feed dense phase penumatic conveyorIt attaches the drum which is used in the process line to the feedenser and reverses it and conveying material in the drum.

Features

plp Compressor Type ConveyerMatsui’s “Pellet Liner” (PLP) is of only 16mm in diameter. (Super high polymeric volume PE tube. Inner diameter: 13 mm; Outer Diameter: 16mm) PLP supports small volume of conveyance, saves space and allow great flexibility. PLP helps to create a clean and easy to maintain factory.

Compact
Sectional area of PLP’s tube (φ13) is only 1/8 of regular PVC hose(φ38). It is highly flexible and does not take up space.
Stable Conveyance
Uses ultra high molecular weight polyethylene tube that is resistant to friction and has a smooth surface for excellent conveyance.
Reliable
Prevents absorption of moisture on the molding machine as it conveys only a small amount (100g-200g) at one time.

The conveyor aims to attain high-operability and miniaturisation as a result of pursuing optimal performance for granule conveyance.Equipment such as large filters and exhaust ducts are unnecessary.

Conveyance of powder and granules is conducted at low speed using a suction and damage of material is therefore kept at a low level.

The conveyance tank has a simple structure.

As a suction system is employed, there is no drop in air pressure at the reception point and stable conveyance is maintained at the hopper.

The suction hopper section has a cylindrical structure and uses a large diameter exhaust damper, this design reduces bridging to a minimum.

JL4 is a vacuum type loader that feeds materials automatically. Adequate receiving hopper can be chosen accordingly to support from 2 to 6 ends of the conveyor belt.

DMZ2 is a dehumidifying dryer that supplies stable dry air of low dew point, -40°C. As it is unnecessary to replace the absorbent material, performance is being maintained like that of first usage.
