- Gate position and gate size can be selected at will. By its active gate-shut-off mechanism, gate size can be selected at will to realize the minimum pressure loss.
- The touch panel controller realizes high operational performance. It features a real indication of each action which enables easy process observation.

Outline of controller
It features user-friendly hot runner operation and a high degree of accuracy. S2000 controller can be monitored/controlled through a Windows PC by adapting optional elements such as the signal tower, switch box, big-screen entry unit, PC connection module. Moreover, it is possible to centrally control more than one controller through one PC. it is also possible to put temperature and output current on record (CSV format) by means of its logging function.

- The LCD touch panel makes checking and the modification of settings easy. It enables to get a grasp on the operation conditions readily available.
- O/C on the PLC direct drives the Solenoid valves. This system uses no relay, therefore, it enables to prevent the Solenoid valves from a malfunction caused by contact fault.

Seiki – Spear System
Spear System
The spear has a double heater structure consisting of a tip heater and a body heater.
The spear tip has been modified to directly heat itself.
There are a large variety of spears available to accommodate different resin types and applications.
Principle and Features of Spear System
Spear probe has long service life because of its thermal valve principle having no sliding part.
The resin at the sprue and runner is kept molten to maintain constant fluidity. Depending on the temperature of the gate land and a die, a very small amount of the resin solidifies along with the resin inside of the cavity.
After the molded product is removed, the spear tip is heated up to instantly melt the solidified resin at the gate land just before the next injection.

Seiki – Valve Gate System
About the Valve Gate System
Mechanical Valve Gate System incorporates a valve pin activated by pneumatic drive. We have full-line of valve gate including options, with the length up to 400mm, gate size of 0.8 – 8.0mm. Various kinds of valve gate in accuracy and function are available. Depends on application, valve gate with tip heater is available, too.
Principle and Features of Valve Gate System
With its topless structure, the gate is machined directly into the cavity, which is advantageous to cooling effectiveness and transcription of pin diameter. In case of valve equipped with separate tip heater located at its front-end, the tip heater can heat synchronously with the molding cycle to employ intermittent heating. This unique function facilitates the molding of the crystalline resins.

The system consists of valve gates, manifold (assembled inside the mold), temperature controller, air controller and air source in the factory to activate the valve pins.
