Matsui – PF72
A hybrid between a shredder and a granulator, simultaneously doing both jobs at once. The scheduling rotor holds the product feeding it down towards the shredding blade, this ensures that any long, uneven and difficult parts can be shredded and consistently granulated.
This is unlike previous models, which often had blockages and unscheduled granulation
- 1. Improve Granulating Efficiency
- The scheduling rotor provides excellent entrainment, allowing long objects to be folded to fit inside the mechanism.

- The scheduling rotor provides no miss-cuts, allowing long items to be cut and granulated without complications. Machine friction is kept at a reduced level and there is less powdered grain.

- The shredding impact sound has been lessened (26.6rpm/60Hz) during low-speed rotation. The granulating blade has also had its sound levels reduced (106rpm/60Hz).

Matsui – MGL2-102S/102SS
A space-saving device that integrates blending and recycling into the granulator.
Installed next to the moulding machine, recycling of the sprue and runner is accomplished immediately.

Matsui – P51KG/P71KG
This large low-speed granulator can be easily cleaned in a short period of time. Production can then be resumed immediately, reducing downtime between other grinding requirements. This quiet granulator can be positioned next a moulding machine, allowing defective part granulation.

- Decomposition and cleaning is possible without the need for special tools. Any unwanted residue inside is easily accessed, because of the large, open granulation chamber.

Matsui – SMGL
SMGL is the standard for the low-speed granulators. It’s non-screen construction reduces the formation of powder and mis-cuts thereby giving the end product a uniformed grain size.

Matsui – MGL2-TPE
MGL2-TPE is a low speed granulator which is easy to clean and maintain, especially made for “Soft materials”. The absence of the screen prevents excessive granulation and mis-cuts, thereby maintaining a size like that of “New Pellet Chip”.

Matsui – MGL2
A low speed granulator which can be cleaned safely and thoroughly in a single step. The new pivot link structure enhances the access for cleaning.

Matsui – JSV
The JSV alternates between 2 types of materials on a short cycle.

Matsui – JCT-SS
JCT-SS is a compact measuring blender that uses a synchronous measuring method.

- Blends main resin and regrind materials according to the selected compounding ratio whilst conveying, so an additional blender is not required.

- The control panel allows compounding ratio to be set easily and a memory function allows the storing of 10 compounding ratios.

Matsui – JCT-PP
The JCT-PP is a simple and compact blender for a small-sized moulding factory. A simple yet high-performance design of 2-points measuring cup type mass gates.

● DIGI-PECA allows measured materials to be moved via the conveying hose, eliminating the need for signal cables. - Compact
